Breath, Postures, and basic Yogic Philosophy will be shared in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Great for beginners looking to ease into yoga, play with rhythm and setting the pace safely. Also great for anyone looking to slow it down and get back to basics. We encourage that this class be paired with another class each week as the benefits of Yoga will be more clearly felt. This is the perfect class to deepen and support an existing practice.
This soothing gentle class is open to all levels of abilities and practice. Together we will focus on exploring basic Yoga postures, connecting them through mindful movement and breath. Immersing yourself in a class that moves at a slower pace will allow for ample time to enjoy and relax into each posture. You will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, strength and body awareness. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced.

Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided yogic sleep & meditation practice for rejuvenating the entire body and energy system. This practice supports healing of the nervous system, mental and emotional anxiety and sleep disorders. Join us for a 75 minute candlelit class with slow-moving asanas (postures), deep breathing, and a restorative, guided Yoga Nidra. No experience necessary.

Happy Hips & Lower Back
In this gentle hatha inspired class we will focus most of our attention on releasing deeply into the hips and lower back. If you walk run, hike, play sports, practice yoga, ski, bike or sit at a desk, chances are that you have tight hips and/or lower back sensitivity. Taking the time to take the hips and back class can help you prevent injury and even boost your performance and make you feel more comfortable in your daily routine.
